Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

While all sales are final, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. Refunds or replacements may be approved if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • The item received is not as advertised.

In these cases, customers must provide clear photo or video proof within 7 days of delivery for review. Once verified, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

We also accept size exchanges for unworn items in original condition, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our end.
